Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to DIRTY BLACK’s Online Return Policy.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
A refund will proceed within 14 - 30 business days according to your card provider's policy.
If payment has already been completed by your credit card, your payment will be canceled. The cancellation may be completed in the next month.
When can I receive my order?
The normal processing time to prepare your order is 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, Standard shipping will take approximately 7-15 business days, Express shipping will take approximately 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
